The traffic volume is not so high that warrant traffic signal. Traffic light is not good for everywhere, especially under low volume, the application of traffic light will increase rear-end accidents. it is required to slow down when approaching the intersection, but the accident is still frequent, because the sight distance usually is insufficient.
